The first GML engraved in ultra-high relief.
An elevated take on a classic, this is the first ever ultra-high relief Gold Maple Leaf (GML) coin. The first UHR GML
This is the first ultra-high relief (UHR) Gold Maple Leaf (GML) coin issued by the Royal Canadian Mint. Crafted in 1 oz. of 99.99% pure gold, this exquisite collectible offers a more dimensional view of the GML’s namesake leaf than ever before.
Ultra high
The reverse features an extraordinary peak relief height of 1.8 mm—much higher than the standard 0.23 mm you’d normally see on a piece this size.
Reverse proof finish
Set against a frosted field, the ultra-high relief dazzles thanks to a mirror-like shine that reflects maximum light.
